located in nice city, near the beach and great food that should be twenty word minimum or close to it

Cons

There is zero organization, the facility is borderline Health hazard to work in, the turnover rate is astronomical

Excellent properties. Benefits are decent. Departments function well individually. Given opportunity to make a decent living for myself in my department.

Cons

No cohesion. Upper management hands-off and ignorant to what is going on at their property. Extremely high turnover.

The partnership with Marriott in the Autograph Collection. Beautiful hotels.

Cons

Beautiful hotels but poorly run. Disorganized mgmt and systematic firing of staff. Employees report to work in constant fear of losing their jobs. TERRIBLE!
