We've had a few changes in leadership, but i like where the direction is going. Current CFO is from JPM and brings a lot of ideas and strength. Good for long term career growth. Kestra always outperforms the market financially which is great to be a part of

Cons

2025 was a year of leadership changes and it was bumpy. Looks like most are behind us and a lot of great talent was brought it.

Pros

Everyone gets to know everyone, very friendly. There are many upsides to the close relationships you grow over the years. Kestra is fair at compensation. Depending on whose department you fall in the management style is very different but you learn from every single one of them which is very important. Kestra is very advisor focused. They treat our advisors fairly.

Cons

Working between departments doesn't seem to be cohesive. A lot of shift blaming goes on. The technology is lackluster and it seems to fall on an already heavily burdened technology team. The management only seems to be appointed because of tenor and not how they can manage a team.
