Pros

Great people, great community, great opportunity for those who love a work/work/work-life balance!

Cons

Solid backbone of capable people, but sr leadership has created an atmosphere of diverting all resources to chasing the shiny new object. Oh, and the new HR hack is doing just that. Keep up your ethics new CHRO! BOA are happy to moving forward with ethics. "THE BANK" values are quite contrary to what key values were'

Pros

- Decent pay (they will pull you in with salary to accept the job) - Decent Benefits - Appear to be cordial for the first couple weeks

Cons

- DEAD END CAREER, if you're licensed: S7/63/LAH - Minimal/No career advancement opportunities - Nearly all the LRM's are miserable, but are simply forced to be in the role - The role is essentially a Financial Advisor Assistant..simply setting up appointments via begging clients to come speak with you - Micromanagement with lack of actual financial advice knowledge - No financial strategy tactics taught, just scripts read over and over - Daily, petty and completely immature office politics...similar to middle school immaturity - Very unprofessional branch management atmosphere - Lastly you will be forced to work on the teller line if it's busy, even if you're fully licensed

Pros

Forward thinking upper mgmt and no biases for male or female salary.

Cons

As a personal banker you could spend 5 to 10+ on the teller line processing transactions and when you're on the line you can't open accounts, so you refer them to the other banker or branch mgr and receive no credit towards your goals/incentives.
