      Great people in central Indiana, but a fading industry

      Pros

      Hands down one of the best management teams I've ever worked with. District President is awesome and very personable. Great team of employees from upper management to recent college grads in training.

      Cons

      A little behind the times when it comes to technology and understanding evolving consumer habits.

      Pros

      Easy to get into the Trust, R&D, Bill Pay, or Distribution operations department. Will take just about anyone even without experience. They will train you.

      Cons

      Its a set up for failure. With no experience departments will be tough to learn. No training classes. Training consist of you sitting at someone's desk and watch them do the work. A week or two later you'll finally get to do the work on a computer. Once your in this area it will be extremely hard to move on to a higher position. People with MBA's are having a hard time getting out. It seems like the recruiters and managers of other departments avoid hiring from this area. Avoid! The other operation areas should be beneficial to involve your skills and career.

      Pros

      They generally promote from within, so there's a lot of room to advance. The starting pay is decent but it's difficult to earn significant raises.

      Cons

      The company is going in a new direction which will cut a lot of costs, but will also result in high turnover. The work itself is repetitious and generally unappreciated.
