None! Nothing! Zilch! Nada! 0!

Cons

Poor scheduling, no bathroom breaks, lack of management, awful commission structure for bankers, unethical practices, cheating, favoritism are a few of the issues. HR inadequately monitors the obvious and ignores concerns! You spend most of your time being a bank teller because they can’t keep people. High turn over, lack of training... risks, risks, risks!!! Do not recommend as an employee or as a client!

8-5 Job Great co-workers Pays higher than other places I’ve seen

Cons

High deductible health plans Staff is sometimes stretched too thin, they expect sometimes 3 people to cover a branch. If one person calls in sick, stay tuned for a long day (of course depends how busy the branch is) Too many useless meetings
