The company has good benefits and the pay is pretty good especially with prior experience. They match with 401k. A lot of potential to get bonuses depending on the role.

Cons

Small staffing models makes your job a bit more stressful than necessary. It also makes it a bit harder when it comes time for vacations. Some goals seem a little more unattainable than others.
