During my time at this company, there was a lack of support, lots of politics, poor pay, and grimey coworkers. To elaborate, the office culture was competitive (not the good kind), Coworkers were cliquey, and both management and coworkers engaged in workplace bullying. Also, good luck trying to get in touch with HR, who’s located in Ohio and may or may not pick up the phone. Extremely difficult to meet goals and to move up (whether to branch management, merchant services or as a FA). Zero stars.

Managers do not care about employees, Area leadership does not address concerns, and even after filing a complaint and leaving the company there was never any follow-up regarding complaints - WE were told to voice our concerns but it fell on deaf ears. I loved my job and the community I helped but the lack of support and decisions made forced me out. They only care about the employees who have been with them long term and 3 years didn't matter, like a big frat house behind the scenes. Stay away
