Pros

Flexible schedule and great co-workers. Remote work options.

Cons

Pay is low, with no opportunity for growth. There are lots of changes going on, including a sudden resignation from our director leaving the department with no leader.

Thank you for you feedback. Not sure I agree with opportunities at Keypath. Yes, we are maturing and growing more steadily, which makes opportunities come in a more even pace than over the last few years. Change happens at every companies including leaders leaving. But, we have some of the most amazing leaders around Keypath that are more than qualified to support employees during these transitions. I would back our team over any other company. Pros

Schedule Flexibility, Comradery with peers, Certain programs are manageable, -Permanent remote option

Cons

Favoritism, Lack of adequate training, Lack of adequate resources, Supervisors (Manager's and ADs) rely heavily on Specialists knowing what to do without they themselves knowing what's going on Management software is antiquated and not user efficient, Unstructured, unwritten, or unclear policies that change every week and/or not accessible to reference for the future, Lack of diversity representation in leadership positions past the Senior entry-level positions, Partners (internal and external) have unrealistic expectations

Thank you for taking the time to comment. As part of our Placement function you are part of our fastest growing department. This department didn’t exist three years ago and now has more than 80 employees globally. In addition, most universities are requesting this service. While not an excuse, building something from ground is complex and will take time. I am sure you have witnessed many positive changes in the past 6 months and we are continually making investments in technology, data, reporting, and training. Please continue to speak to your manager on ideas to improve. We want to hear Steve

Pros

CEO has a lot of passion. The leadership seems to care, at least the front line leadership. The company is growing very quickly. The people are all mostly very friendly and generous.

Cons

Very old-school work style. No work from home is anywhere in the future. They say "word hard play hard", but then forget about the work. My main concern is the decline in the past few months. The HR group has made numerous errors and doesn't seem to own them. A colleague of mine can't seem to get a straight return date from maternity. Other colleagues had to argue to get money that was owed to them and the HR group blamed ADP, even though they first just said the colleagues were wrong. It doesn't seem like employee satisfaction is a concern. I can see it is tough on my manager supporting the initiatives of the upper management, but she does a good job. Upper management recently took away a health program that gives us four extra days off if we earn them. They didn't explain it at all and when I asked my leader, she said that all she new was that enough staff didn't use it.

Thanks for your feedback. First of all my door is open and many employees speak to me about ideas, issues and company related matters. Feel free to stop by anytime to discuss any specifics to your concerns. To address a few of your concerns. We do have folks work from home, but roles that interact with students need to be in the office so we can collaborate on anything related to helping these students. I can't speak to your HR questions, but have always said we are not perfect and will always work hard to get folks the answers or mend a mistake. We are growing very fast and things can be missed. As you know I have worked at two OPM and know many other OPM companies. I can tell you that while many of the others are good, there is no place I have ever seen that is more supportive, collaborative and inventive than Keypath. One bias opinion.....:) Thanks again and hope you take me up on my offer to chat Steve
