Pros

I had a good experience working at Kforce. I worked in a sales position and I felt management gave me the necessary tools needed to perform well. I truly enjoyed working with my manager. I felt he was fair, knowledgeable within the industry, and a team player. He has been in the industry for 10 plus years and at kforce for 5 plus years. They also brought in a new Market president at the first of this year. He is a great guy whom Kforce employees in another market were sad to lose. I only wish I could of worked with him longer. I left my position at Kforce due to family reasons, but I truly enjoyed the team and management. They were also very good to me for as far as a work/life balance.

Cons

You do work on a draw, but you are guaranteed your salary. Makes it a little tough for commission though

Pros

I have been working with Kforce in Bloomington, MN for a couple years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. Kforce management truly cares about me as an indivual and my career, I do not feel like just a number. They create many opporutnies for training and team building. The work enviornment and the positive energy within in the office is better than any company I have worked for in the past.

Cons

Office space is pretty tight due to the recent hiring.

Pros

Excellent training Total autonomy - you run your own business Can be flexible Excellent networking opportunities For a sales environment, it's very tenured and mature - not a churn-and-burn the 22 year olds straight out of college situation. The tenured people here are very professional, and it's something to be proud of.

Cons

You work a lot. A LOT. Like, 50+ hours a week a lot. Some of the sales tactics can be manipulative, but hey - that's sales.
