I was happy with Kforce for the entire three years I was with them.
Pros
Kforce was a good experience for me. They found positions for me in the accounting and financial areas virtually as soon as I applied with them. I was with them for about three years and they always followed up with me during that time to make sure I was happy with the position and company that I was placed at. They also work with professionals rather than just throwing everyone up against a wall to see who sticks.
Cons
Unfortunately, they are now pretty much only serving the engineering and health care industries for financial services -- but that's not their fault because that's true of most financial "temp service" outfits. Those two industries are the ones looking for people, but only people that have done finance work in those industries. It seems that if you haven't worked in accounting for an engineering or health care firm, there is no room for you. Again, that's not Kforce's fault -- they can only fill positions with companies that are looking for people. :-) I guess this "cons" entry is for the employment situation -- not against Kforce.
