Pros

Great compensation for the work done, very fair payouts for a sales organization. The ability to be creative in approaching candidates and clients and constructing deals.

Cons

Underqualified management team that pushed the wrong ideas and metrics in order to achieve success. The transactional qualities were valued while follow up and relationship building went by the wayside.

Big hours if you don't manage it well. Obsessed with numbers in the search role.
