Pros

You get a paycheck twice a month.

Cons

Systems and tools are beyond outdated. There is nothing innovative about this company. Nepotism is an overarching theme - once you stop drinking the Kforce Koolaid, run because they’ll fire you for questionable reasons that were unknown to you prior. Don’t even think about expressing the concern for your career growth to upper management - they’ll fire you for bizarre reasons. The work environment is beyond hostile, favoritism and manipulation are used by both managers and employees. Once someone doesn’t agree with you, you’ll have an entire department conspiring against you with managers and HR. Speaking of managers, the lack of professionalism is very transparent. Never should a manager belittle you, physically kick their feet up on desk, or sit on your desk with their legs opened in front of you but it happens here. The amount of uncomfortableness you’ll experience isn’t worth your sanity. To sum everything up, career mobility, professionalism, healthy work environment and strong work ethic does not exist here.

Pros

Working from home from time to time is a plus Flexible scheduling Amazing corporate benefits for health, dental and vision

Cons

Ultimately, a client relationship associate is a SALES JOB. Which means if you are not bring in a certain about of $$$ to the company, your position is at jeopardy. They will promise you a great company culture (which is toxic starting with management), lure you in with a generous salary and will not tell you about the crazy hours they expect you to work. You are expected to be working 12+ both in office and at home either making cold calls or sending emails to managers in hopes of getting a job to fill for the recruiting team. After working there a year, I have seen 6 people get let go (no specifics as to why) and 6 more leave because of BAD MANAGEMENT. This company does not care the fact you have a family or if you live on your own. The only thing they care about is that you bring in $$$. The managers will pretend to be your best friend and promise to be transparent. They are anything but. I took this job thinking it was an opportunity for advancement in my career. The recruiter targets individuals looking for career changes - painting a gorgeous picture that KForce is like a start up with progressive technologies and flexibility. Kforce is a traditional corporate office in which you are a number until you bring in the firm lots of money. And if you are not bringing in the money they want, you are out. Management is HORRIBLE because they promote people who make the firm lots of money - not because they have any form of leadership skills. Barking orders and not giving a clear sense of direction will leave anyone feeling stranded and stressed. If you need a stable, long term position know this: there are no guarantees that you will stay in your position. I took this position thinking I was going to be there for several years. Despite my best efforts to excel at meeting with clients and filling positions, my efforts were not enough.
