poor leadership the leaders in tech are not professional, one of them turns his employees against each other and behaves unprofessional by getting into screaming matches with his employees and disclosing problems among the other employees not to mention has intimate relationships with his employees and lies to HR about it, the other director turns the other way pretends not to see what is going on and also has inappropriate relationships with subordinates parties with them goes drinking with them etc, horrible culture, they have gone from 30 employees to 4 recruiters. don't work here if you want to be happy. You have to pay for your parking $75 a month. Medical Benefits are awful might as well pay out of pocket for everything, when they fire people one of the directors likes to quote the Kforce core values and claims they dont adhere, however they're behavior is less than ethical. They pick and choose who gets away with what. Its plain and simple don't work there, its a horrible place to work as long as the set of leaders continue there. HORRIBLE PLACE you have been warned!!!
