-Management here is non existent. You may have a manager that asks for your opinion and seems to value you, but trust me.. they do not. At the end of the day, if they are backed into a corner they will blame someone else and never resolve issues. Account Managers also act like they are your boss when they aren't and some will talk down to you for no reason. -Training does not exist here when you start. You may go to a corporate training offsite for 2 days, but hands on training is hard to come by. -Co-workers aren't engaged here on the technical recruiting side, they are typically looking for a new job. -Say they value "quality", but at the end of the day if you don't hit your numbers you will get fired. -Favoritism - the leaders here go out and drink with their associates and others will be sleeping with their associates and typically they get favored. -If they find out you are looking for a new job, they will fire you. -Kforce preaches their ethical values, but they don't practice what they preach. DON'T WORK HERE!

It has been 4 weeks and I have yet to receive any compensation. I terminated my employment with the company. They state that pay is mailed out from Georgia on Thursday and it takes 6 days to get to you. Well it's been officially three weeks after I thought that check would arrive. Still nothing. This is my second go around with this company. The first time they "hired" me but never contacted me back. Then almost a year later they contact me with this job.
