      Pros

      Can't think of many. It wasn't a great experience for me.

      Cons

      Kforce is a company that likes to get young talent with little to no obligations who will work their life away for pennies. They get people who don't know what normal work environments are like. It has a terrible culture, they micromanage, lie, play favoritism, and they don't train outside of some web trainings. I have worked several places and this was by far the worse.

      Pros

      Hourly rate is the best in the Columbus market.

      Cons

      Nothing more than a staffing placement company. No vision or strategy, just billable cattle. You never hear from them once you are at a client. When the project runs out it is up to you to find another position.

      If you are unemployed they could find you a job that pays better or close to unemployment wages.

      Cons

      They will lie and keep details hidden so that you will fall into there trap of getting a job so that they will make the money. Lie on start date, lie on pay, lie about job requirements ...
