The management there encourages shady behavior in its recruiters. I saw recruiters fake reference checks, alter resumes with false statements, and even tell candidates that they did not receive job offers that they in fact did, just because the recruiter did not like the markup the deal would have been at. The culture is corporate beauracratic with a higher importance put on appearance than performace. A horrible work experience and only a stepping stone for true staffing professionals who inevitably will leave for a better role within 2 years. Be wary and if other staffing options are there, lean towards other agencies.

1. Its very difficult for H1 employees. If you're contract is over you're supposed to find a new position in 1 month. If you are not able to find some, you will be terminated. 2. They pay lowest wages among big vendor companies. 3. Once your contract is over, you will see the other side of recruiters. You will not be treated good.
