Pros

The director and my co-workers are very nice and welcoming. Any job where you work with children is awesome! The center is very nice, clean, and professional.

Cons

The owner does not seem to care or appreciate the employees and is only interested in making money. The hours are very long and the pay is not too good.

Pros

Not sure what the pros are.

Cons

Do not recommend sending your children here or seeking employment. This place is absolutely disgusting. The owners and directors kids are allowed to run the facility, using racial slurs calling teachers "monkeys" and throwing staplers at teachers without consequences for their actions. Kids are drinking out of the sinks. Kids are running fevers and parents won't be called because the owners/management "forgot". The AC never works. The employees are treated terrible. They have to practically beg for coverage to use the restroom. The owner and management are immature, rude, and very inconsistent with processes. Having staff meetings to come up with new processes that last one week only to repeat them the following month. They try to turn employees against each other, talk about employees behind their backs with other employees. Talk about stirring the pot and causing issues within the workplace. They literally hire anyone on the spot and no wonder with all this why they employee turnover is high. Employees are informed they are not needed after providing resignation notices. To fire employees, the employee is just not placed on the schedule and new employee group text message is created. Talk about middle school behavior. Just fire people instead of cutting their hours. Bottom line... don't even bother!
