      Learn how to communicate and refine management skills with your team, builder, and even homeowners

      Cons

      There’s only so much to learn, the work can get very monotonous if you get stuck with one builder for an extended period. Switching builders frequently can be beneficial for staying motivated in this particular field/company (this also applies to the crews you work alongside)
