Low pay. High workload. No freedom with minimal days off. Bad management and leadership. People with the Kimbel name and family friends get special treatment. Managers get promoted with less technical knowledge and slows everything down. You will get punished for this bad management

They focus on comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401k, and wellness programs to help employees with physical, mental, financial, and spiritual wellness. They are value driven. Great leadership and have a great potential for growth not only here in Arkansas but across the nation.

Cons

Communication can be a problem at times. The 10-12 hr days 6 days a week can drain you physically and mentally. It doesn’t give you much time to spend with family or doing the things that we enjoy. The way we have to order materials is a bit of a drag.
