Pros

Corporate Culture is good. People is always helpful to each other. Depending on type of boss you had, you can have a good or bad working environment.

Cons

Recognition is far in between, never for shared services. Back-room operation personnel always been ignore for the "real" contribution made. Wrong type of people being promoted (not suitable to job) for obviously the wrong reasons. Too many deadwood (i.e. high level) in the organization, not contributing anything but spending a lot with traveling and cost a lot to maintain. Some job are created and filled without any needs, when the incumbent left the company, the vacancy can left unfilled for a long time without any adversed effect to the company or organization. Go figure.

Pros

The people are good and generally care about each other. The atmosphere is respectful and open. The work conditions and pay are above average.

Cons

Stock price and the company have been stagnant for 10 years. People know what to do, but leadership gets in the way. There may be a vision, processes and methods, but nobody enforces that they are followed. Leaders just continue to disagree and go their own way.
