Pros

Flexible shift hours. Great pay. Supervisors and managers are extremely friendly and understanding.

Cons

During my work there was promotions in the higher positions so my boss was switched though not a exactly a con, but there was a bit off a struggle in transitioning for a short period of time.

-Employee Tuition Assistance -Managers have your back -Fun environment -Flexible with scheduling -Employee discounts -Incentive programs -Great learning experience

Cons

-Employees who are "grandfathered" in slip by with ease -Rude concierge that is disrespectful to guests and coworkers -Coworker with seniority rarely answering phones/does little to no work -Managers with control issues -Little to no reward nor credit to projects/miscellaneous requests that are completed for management -Lack of value for employees -Positions available and open but those deserving are overlooked -Asset Managers Focus on the money, not on the experience for employees and customers -Kimpton has little to no knowledge of improper workplace practices -Little support to employees dealing with uncomfortable situations -Training is provided but never any sort of thanks or gratitude is expressed
