      too much fakeness and backstabbing. people that put in the work don't get recognized

      Benefits are way too expensive. There seems to be a general liking and benefits for managers that a lot of hourly employees do not take part of. Very little room for promotions.

      Pros

      They seem to genuinely care about their employees. I have met most of upper management in the 4 years that I have been with the company, and they are all very approachable.

      Cons

      Not too much to complain about. I would say the only issue would be to invest in more professional "secret shoppers". The secret shoppers that come into my establishment sometimes look and act as if they are from the back woods and have stepped into civilization for the first time that day. I don't even think some of them understand how to do their jobs.
