Pros

The only pro is you don't have to work in the office

Cons

KIN acquired a new agency, Elite Insurance Group. The managers are manipulative and will gaslight you into believing they have your best interests when the facts are they regret purchasing the agency and doing damage control using the agents and taking advantage of them. They are irresponsible with your licenses, time cards, and compensation structure. They are looking to hire more people to pay them less. You will never see a decent paycheck and you're not inbound agents. You will make at least 50 calls a day over and over.

Pros

Good pay, and training is superb. Offer sign on bonus usually for new hires. WORK FROM HOME.

Cons

Post training management expects new agents employees to be at the speed of tenured agents if not you are harassed daily to meet quota. It is extremely stressful and difficult to work under those circumstances. Ramp up time is not allowed rhey state training is done now you have to produce.

Pros

Great work life balance and the management is the best! I had the same manager from start to finish for 2 years, Danny Carrino, I seriously could not have asked for a better manager!!!

Cons

Not much to complain about. Just got a little burnt out on sales but that has nothing to do with the company
