Everyone works together to make things happen for Kin. -Kin is genuinely looking to innovate and bring improvement to the insurance industry. -Kin has great benefits and salary -Great people at all levels

Cons

Kin is a fast moving company. If this is not something that excites you than it may not be for you.

- Clear Goals and High Levels of Autonomy - Supportive Teammates - Healthy and Open Communication - Very Fast-Moving

- Autonomy to define what you work on and how to achieve your goals may be too unstructured for some people. - It's very hard changing a highly regulated industry like insurance and takes immense amounts of effort. - Goal/outcome-driven culture may have too high of a level of intensity for some people.
