Everything there But the Pay! Culturally and developmentally they're a great company .You can genuinely be happy while working with them, especially if you look at the pros!

Cons

- Do not have a competitive pay, but have benefits, pto, CEUs, developmental growth, happy, grateful and caring people and a pretty high retention rate.

Beautiful clinics, great learning opportunities, well rounded staff demographics, eager to stay on trend. Amazing student program!

Cons

Expanding greatly and it seems like paying their employees competitively is not a priority at this time.

Great clinicians, a lot of change and major disconnect from ops team

Pros

The other clinicians at the company are unmatched and so supportive! There really is a great team that jumps to collaborate and support each other. The student and apprentice programs are also outstanding.

Cons

There is a major disconnect with the ops team and clinical team that comes at the cost of the clinicians. While caseloads are small, the management lacks understanding of the daily tasks that bog down day-by-day and often overload folks. It's really luck of the dice for what case capacity and feasibility looks like with little consideration of drive time and location. The pay and benefits are also very low for clinicians.
