I have worked at Kinderberry Hill since February 2020 and it has been a pleasant experience ever since. Starting a brand new job at the beginning of a global pandemic was not ideal, but I felt welcomed and supported by the staff and families at KBH Grand. I can't say enough good things about the families that are enrolled here. They are always so kind. The teachers here are experienced and always thinking of the most creative ways to teach. They work together as a team to best care for these sweet kiddos. Management is fantastic and flexible. I appreciate that if something comes up, management is more that willing to make the staffing arrangements needed for you. They are always open to the questions and concerns that staff may have. Your voice will always be heard. Overall, it is just a lovely place to work.
