really fun place to work! The other teachers are knowledgeable and helpful and management approachable. There is a positive feeling when you walk into the building and it shows with co-workers and kids that attend.

Cons

sometimes hard to get time off when other staff is out.

I love the Reggio approach, nature & play-based learning, and the warm environment. Raises included after 90 days, one year, and current COVID bonus payments.

Cons

Parents can have high expectations of teachers, and COVID’s lack of safe community building has created a lack of trust. The family plan for health insurance is very expensive. Small accrual of PTO.
