Pros

Sense of community, a great group of people to work with, flexible working hours, great benefits including a free bus pass, and really good pay for the region.

Cons

Difficult to get your foot in the door job wise unless you're already an employee and a part of the union.

Pros

Competitive medical/dental/eye benefits, retirement plan, dedicated employees, fairly diverse workforce, and some good supervisors. Good communication about available programs and training. Well run Employee Giving Program and many volunteer opportunities.

Cons

Low employee morale, nepotism, inconsistency, too many managers, not enough leaders. Constant stream of talent leaving. Very little diversity in the management ranks.

Pros

They pay well, and have excellent benefits.

Cons

They don't really listen to employee input, which would go a long way.
