Pros

Dow - if he stays Benefits Great People

Cons

There is a layer of previous management between Dow and division level managers/supervisors that hasn't changed much for most people. They were part of the previous problem and won't do much to implement Dow's vision.

Pros

King County is a great place to work. The positions pay well and most people that work for King County stay for a long time. The medical benefits are great and accruals of vacation grow at a faster rate the longer you are with King County

Cons

politics are probably one of the biggest issues with king county. things are not as efficient because of policies and procedures we have to abide by

Awful

Pros

Pay and benefits are it

Cons

Employees treat each other horribly, teams are disconnected, management is unhappy and it trickles down. Nothing can be accomplished in 1 step, everything requires layers upon layers of repetitive action. Not streamlined, completely not standardized, and inefficient.
