Great people, I work with some of the best people I have met in my career. Kleinfelder cares about its employees. Awesome culture, great company events for team building etc. Lots of good projects. Leadership is great. Great growth opportunities. Some great mentors to look up to. Definitely a great career choice to work for a company who actually value their employees.

Cons

Most concerns that I have, have been fixed with changes that have taken place in the past bunch of months. There has been a change in management for the better

Huge potential right now in the Canadian offices to work on interesting projects for great clients.

Cons

Pay is currently below average but hopefully that will change soon since we have tons of profitable work coming in.
