      Pros

      Large diverse client base, youthful and energetic team with many very highly skilled employees, non-stop social events and celebrations of success, fantastic office, the ability to take on more responsibility and make whatever you want of your career, free parking and close to Henday makes commuting cheap and stress free.

      Cons

      Benefits and vacation could be a little better as I feel they may not be on par with other similar firms, but it's adequate.

      Pros

      Kleinfelder is an amazing company to work for because of its people. We have tons of fun at work because we have great people and being a great place to work is an important value to us. We have team building and social events multiple times a month. We also get to work on great projects and leadership gives you the chance to grow and challenge yourself in all areas of career development. We are always looking to innovate the way we do things which helps retain and get great clients.

      Cons

      Recent management change in our office has gotten rid on any concerns I had working for the company.
