Cons

Terrible bonus structure; private equity ownership; executive leadership is out of touch; corporate/divisional/area structure does not work very well; they have no vision except to make the private equity as much money as possible

They’re a typical consulting firm, but do not care about employees.

Cons

They do not value employees, they told lies to get me onboard, and used me as a pawn in their political games.
