Good people in the management and great hiring process

Cons

Bad practices on utilizing their outsourced staff. Not having the interest of outsourced staff. No training allowed and lack of follow up on the concerns of outsourced staff.

Very friendly work environment, It is a great place to start your career and learn. Opportunities are there, but limited.

Cons

401(k) is subpar. Growth rate is slow. Lots of turnover.

Pros

Enjoyed the people with whom I worked. Broadened my work experience by being involved in different projects across the country. Office tried hard to utilize my somewhat different skill set.

Cons

The end of my employment was disappointing. I understood that Kleinfelder was going in another direction, but I was made a part-time employee instead of laid off. I felt what was done was cheap.
