      This is a company that fosters individual growth, positive energy and teamwork. They give us freedom to execute and contribute to the bottom line which our clients recognize and encourage. An excellent HR team

      Cons

      There is a vision on where the company wants to go but it needs to be better understood by the group. It's improving but not there yet.

      Pros

      The overall culture within the company is ok and they try to treat the employees well, most of the people that work in the company have been there for sometime.

      Cons

      The two biggest issues is the benefits package and the compensation. You are pretty much stuck in the position that you started in unless you are a VP or higher. If you were to go to another company there is no doubt that you can get at least 10k more for most of the salaries that the employees are getting paid.
