Great place for beginners who want experience and knowledge about how a Co. should not treat it's employees..every future job will be wonderful afterword.

Cons

Upper management oblivious to lack of ability in middle management. HR dept. unable to take action when employees are in need of support or protection. Too much internal office politics that go unchecked.

I did enjoy working for them and over all liked the company culture. In most cases the upper management did not have knowledge of what middle management was doing.
