      Excellent group of professionals, Sharp focus on risk control for geotechnical engineering.

      Cons

      Rigorous business procedures can get in the way of responsiveness in certain situations. It requires that you develop a network within the leadership and plan proactively in order to respond quickly. Sometimes a challenge, but for the right reasons.

      flex hours, office and regional leadership is very approachable

      Cons

      salary is well below market and admitted by leadership to be about 10% below the market. fairly stressful environment. Heavily invested with one client. long term backlogs coming to an end as client is preparing to exit market via divestment of properties.
