Lots of work and expectations and crumbs as rewards

They do take pride in doing the job correctly and wanting to produce a clear and complete document

Cons

The pay is low for the expectations from management. Company always says the rewards come down the road and will never give a set date or minor goals to hit in order to get the pay. You are expected to always perform the tasks of the positions 1 or 2 steps above what you are titled.
