Been doing this for a long time with a smaller company GTS, but we got acquired by Kleinfelder. Happy so far with the job & responsibilities, pay is great but mileage varies. 6 figure income is possible, 2-3 weeks vacation typical

Cons

the benefits leave something to be desired. I hope they match more than 2% for 401k soon, but the company has to answer to shareholders and apparently they don’t think they’ll have an issue with retaining skilled employees. PTO is combined. If you’re sick you are burning vacation time. Company is very profit driven, sometimes to the detriment of the employee
