good coworkers (some) and working out of the office helps avoid management, compensation can be OK but many of us have only been able to obtain fair salary by resigning so company counter-offers to provide the compensation they should have from the start.

Cons

weak and divisive materials leadership, company continues to promote based on COO's "likes" rather than demonstrated skills, company floundering, much of the high-skill staff have left and many more looking

Pros

Kleinfelder was a great Company to get my career started and they have a great amount of technology available to employees.

Cons

Diminishing corporate/office activities, benefits, project wins, and etc... Company has many management personnel that rely on lower to mid-level staff members to answer technical questions, that do not have the experience. Lack of organization amongst teams. They do not have the foundation to mentor younger staff the correct way of doing things.
