My team was great and we built more than an app per year.

Cons

An old system of corporate autocracy, death by committee and poor leadership. Building custom software solutions is viewed as a threat, which I never understood (politics).

Coworkers were very nice and supportive

Cons

Company culture was terrible. Failure to invest in talent resulted in 55% percent of office leaving for new opportunities. Pay was terrible, benefits were terrible, upper management was terrible.

Cons

Feels like you are a contract employee. Once assignment is over there is no clean path to next job.
