Pros

I have worked at Kleinfelder 3 years now and can't really fault it, so I haven't felt the need to leave. Great culture. Good current Australia manager. I have been given career opportunities that I have been happy with. Seems like there are some exciting new business opportunities under way. Kleinfelder have been very flexible to allow flexible work and working from home which has enabled me to hold down full time work.

Cons

We've seen some sizeable staff turnover but that can largely be attributed to some US/ Australia Managers that have now left. Feels like a fresh new fleet now after a natural ageing out process.

No culture, saw little to no women in leadership, redundant work, a lot depends on your office.
