Co-workers at this company are great! Everyone tries to help each other out

You must be "billable" . When work slowed down alot of co-workers left.

Pros

I've been here almost two years, and I continue to be amazed at the amount of collaboration and inter-department support that exists. I have been able to do some of the best work of my life because of the teamwork and value placed on relationships and communication across all levels and functional groups.

Cons

This is a growing company, and with that comes change. Some folks may have a harder time than others with change, but the rate is reasonable and the results are for the good.
