We do a lot of fun activities together (Karaoke, Pool, Dinner, Boat ride, Barbeque, Pride Parade, parties after parties- And I love them all! It's easy to develop a partner network when you represent such a great name in the Industry. Another thing I like about working at KnowBe4 is the fact that the management is listening to us and fast acting on every issue that they are presented with.

Cons

The thing I don't like about working at KnowBe4 is the fact I need to do too much admin work.

Onboarding is an amazing experience and after that the team support from different departments are always welcoming, we all believe in team work.Management performs its leadership role so well by setting them as an example.Overall Knowbe4 is a must company for everyone to join and experience the amazing culture it has built in the company.

There is nothing i can think about as we are enjoying all the best benefits an employee needs from an organization(Best Team,Best Management,Career growth,Trains,Vacations,Salary.

We get to meet our CEO every day. Yes you heard it right,we can! AMA's with CEO, CRO, CHO and higher management where you ask anything under the sky. Being a global company we have someone somewhere to always support you. We are made to feel "special" and the confidence amplifies YOY with us being trained by experienced coaches. Yes I mean dedicated Coaches! Incentivized on every single sale not just you , but the entire team. I feel "special" and "valuable" at KB4.
