The onboarding and training is absolutely incredible. You are strongly supported from the day you start your job. University, Sales Training, Internship. The Coach goes deeply into salesforce training. Channel Account Management itself is really "sophisticated", the product is well known in the industry, and it is easy to sell. Office is situated in Steglitz, very easy to get to. Monthly Team Events. Salary is very good, uncapped sales bonus.

Cons

Official working hours are 09:00-18:00pm, which makes the day very long. I would prefer 08:00 to 17:00pm.

Knowbe4 hyper growth company and a wonderful place to work! The CEO and the entire management team truly cares about each individual, welcomes creativity, and leads by example. The culture is best,Internship programs ,career programs, growth team to help you -you get to learn a lot.

Cons

It's hard to write cons because I genuinely enjoy the company.
