      Pros

      Just a standard company that is run by a venture capital group, no cultrue and only concerned about the bottom line and it got worse after the original CEO left.

      All they care about is how much money, lost their culture

      used to be great before acquisition

      Pros

      Company used to have a great company culture and perks, but since its acquisition it's continually changing for worse.

      Cons

      NO UPWARD MOBILITY. The company will hire externally for positions current employees are already performing well. If you come in as SMB/ MM, give up any dreams of becoming Enterprise, even if as an SMB you are excelling and even closed ENT opportunities. They will prefer to hire from outside to "expand" the team with zero regard to your own personal goals.

Last year, over 99% of our promotions happened from within when we had an internal employee with the needed skills and experience.
