As a former employee, you know about the incredible amount of career development opportunities we offer such as internal training, performance coaches, an in-house career coach, and how we even pay bonuses for employees to get certifications. As a sales rep, there are many opportunities for growth into leadership positions. We love to see our team members grow into new roles and do everything we can to help with that!
Secondly, the leave policy stated in your review is inaccurate. While we offer an open PTO policy, our sales reps can’t take leave in the last week of the month or the last two weeks of a quarter. This is because those are the times our team pulls together to put up huge sales numbers. All of our sales reps are told about this policy before being hired.
Finally, you also know about the fact that KnowBe4 has a ‘No Religion and No Politics policy’. While everyone is free to practice their own beliefs, those beliefs are not to be discussed during business hours and in no way impact our company culture or the way our organization is run. We treat all employees the same regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, veteran status, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
