      We had over 190 promotions in 2019 and well on our way to beating that in 2020. We have a dedicated Career Development Coach and any Knowster call apply for open positions. We make sure we hire the best candidate for the job.

      Hired during Covid-19 stay at home epidemic

      Pros

      I was worried they were going to push my start date because of the Covid-19 stay at home order but they didn't. My first 3 weeks of training were done in a virtual classroom which felt just as personal as I am sure the in-office class would have been. Plus everyone I've talked to has been more than happy to take extra time out of their busy day to help teach and explain things to me. I also love that Stu (CEO) holds morning meetings each day - a true leader of a company to me is one that is involved and shows their involvement. I am looking forward to really thriving at KnowBe4.
