      Pros

      - the onboarding resources are very welcoming and the entire onboarding process has been streamlined, even though everyone is newly working from home - open PTO, free healthcare option for the employee, 3.5% 401K match + other good benefits/perks - still in hyper-growth and hiring during COVID-19 where other organizations are having to lay people off/cut benefits - complete transparency across the entire organization

      Cons

      - starting salary is average but may be a step back if you've received a few raises at your last company

      Pros

      I have been with the company for close to 4 years and I have to say the way we have been taking care to make sure our team is still up and running is AMAZING! I'm so lucky to be part of this team and I feel like I'm really cared for and that I'm important to the team. The company even worked out to give us extra money in our paychecks to cover the coffee and snacks and extra food we are now buying for ourselves. They have thought of everything! The have made working from home as comfortable as it can be in these rough times.

      Honestly, none that I can think of.

      Pros

      The culture!! Everyone is awesome and happy to work together. If you need help, ask and people volunteer. KB4 constantly runs fun giveaways, contests and events to celebrate the employees. Benefits are great too!
