      Some leaders in operations are not open and honest with communications. Leaders will manipulate the narrative to radiate concerns due to lack of knowledge with the processes they are responsible for. Toxic working environments within particular sectors

      Making big improvements

      Pros

      The leadership team is really focused on rolling out a new strategic framework that will help the company have more clarity on where it's going and how it's getting there which I think is awesome. We have a new senior leader who seems great so far and I think is well positioned to help us grow. Pay is competitive, benefits are good, offices are beautiful - but we only have to be in 2 days per week.

      Cons

      Many of our teams are feeling stretched thin or under-resourced. The work is interesting and engaging but there is a lot of it!

      Compensation is great for the role and the area. Extremely intelligent coworkers open to feedback and capable of moving quickly. Ample opportunity to present your work to leadership and feel your impact on the company. Great opportunity to develop skills in a cross-functional role

      Headcount is low, onboarding process can be tricky in a complicated industry.
