+ Koalafi showed very well during the interview process. They were both flexible and proactive in expediting the interview process to meet my unique needs. They made a strong impression that they were willing to invest in me, and wanted me on the team. + The company culture has backed up the impression I received during the recruting process. Koalafi appears to have genuine interest in the career development of each employee. This spirit flows from their CEO at the top which fosters a strong culture. + Related to the above, there is a culture of transparency in support of honest debate. The company holds a mirror up to itself and openly shares/critiques performance against strategic targets. Asking "how can we do better" seems to be woven into the Koalafi fabric. Again, I think the CEO sets a strong tone on this point. + Koalafi employees have proven to be high caliber. People are sharp, entrepreneurial, and committed to delivering best in class work. + hybrid work environment. 2 days per week in office.
